On Tuesday, May 13, we will go pick strawberries in Dobson, North Carolina. We will leave the Senior Center at 8:00 a.m. We will stop on the way back and have lunch at the Mayflower Restaurant. The fee for this trip is $4.00 per person. As you are aware we are at the mercy of the weather where strawberry picking is concerned, therefore, we may have to reschedule if the weather is bad or if the strawberries are not ready to pick. The rescheduled date will probably be Friday, May 16. Also, due to space everyone will have a 5 gallon limit that you can purchase and bring back on the van. Registrations for this trip will begin on May 1. Deadline to register is May 7.
