Refuse Collection Update
Posted on 11/16/2022
  • 95-gallon containers will be delivered the last two weeks of December and will include information on where to place the containers and the pick-up schedule for weekly trash collection as well as the monthly bulk collection schedule.
  • The day of collection may be different than the current one as the town will now be collected in four days.
  • Each resident will be provided one 95-gallon container. Additional containers will cost $11.00 each and those desiring more than one should notify the Finance Department prior to December 12th to avoid a delivery charge.
  • Residents who require assistance in moving the toter to the street should have their doctor provide a written statement of that need and forward to the Town Finance Department by December 12th.
  • Alley pickup will be available where placement on the street is not possible.
  • The Convenience Center on Dora Highway will be closed beginning December 8, 2022 to allow the PSA to close down its operation and give the new vendor time to prepare the site for a January 2, 2023 reopening. Residents may utilize the PSA sites in Dublin and Fairlawn until Saturday December 31, 2022.
  • The Dora Highway site will be limited to Town residents’ use beginning January 2, 2023.
