GIS Grave Location Survey of Pinehurst Cemetery
The Town of Pulaski (Owner) is requesting sealed bids for the building of a Geographical Information System (GIS) and grave location survey of Pinehurst Cemetery sections A & B containing +/- 485 grave sites, and Oakwood East Cemetery sections K & M containing +/- 1,622 grave sites
The Project scope is generally described as Using GPS and conventional survey techniques to locate corner keystones, and the center of graves, and obtain pictures of headstones along with names and birth /death dates. All the data collected above will be deployed in the Esri Cemetery Solution on the Towns ArcGIS Online Organization (AGOL).
Bid Deadline: 2:00 p.m., May 24, 2024, at the office of the Pulaski Engineering Department, 42 1st Street, Pulaski VA 24301. Any bids or unsealed bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be accepted.
