Important Changes to Utility Payment Options

Effective immediately, payments for utilities will no longer be accepted by official payments (ACI) by phone or online.

Utility payments may be made online or by phone to the information listed below: Phone payments: 1-833-998-4760 Online payments: Online Bill Payments

Account number and WIPP Pin #, located on the front of your bill, will be required to process the payment. There is a 2.95% service fee for debit/credit card payments and $1.95 charge for electronic check payments.

If you are paying to restore service, you MUST advise the Finance Department when the payment has been made at 540-994-8640. If restoring service, payments must be made in full in one transaction to avoid a delay. The online and phone payment system will only allow one payment every 72 hours.
